i am looking at buyin a char that has been farmed and not yet leveled, achar with a decent name and must have 1,500,000 SP give or take.

I don't know; it's not quite like botting, but it's still playing something you didn't do yourself...

yeah but i just want to play the game and level, not have to try and find power level and then de-level etc. and only way of getting a decent char is like this... i wouldn't resort to this if there was another way.

Solution, play private server with higher rates. Serious, lvling/sp farming is easy then.

I once made a million sp in less than a day in a pserver, they are "faster".

IIRC selling with gold and not cash is legal.

I do see that selling with cash is illegal, but i can't find a rule that makes selling with gold illegal.
