How many lvls or str for 7:1 Spear

Hey guys.... Just wondering, at 110, How many levels of str should i add to get 7:1 or at what mag balance should i be naked ???

Every 7 levels of int you add 1 level of str :

So 13-14 levels of str .
So in the first week in college i went with jeans and the pajama's shirt. Didn't notice what i was wearing till after i returned home.
