Pure int s/s nuker

I am making a pure int s/s nuker and I know I need 110 bich and ice but not sure about light or fire. As I see here, people have different opinions, I would love fire for more nukes, but then I lose the speed. Any advices? Also garment or protector?

Bicheon , Fire , ice :
Better defence than light , a wider variety of nukes , fire wall (immunity) .
Bicheon , Light , ice :
For more damage and mobility .

Why do you need garment if you are pure int? Get protector. As for your build, I think fire is better. Get the speed scrolls from events (I have like 100 of those).

I've yet to see a nuker in prot or armor do any better than a nuker in garms.

But I recommended fire instead of light. So you have enough phy.def(cold) and mag.def.(fire), so protector is the best.
