for example the knockdown skill of the bicheon..if i can already access book 2 of that, does that mean that when i use the 2nd book, right after that i can also use the first book? for example it fails, can i still use the first book right after the 2nd book? sorry for the noob question..

do this apply to all? can i also cast 3 consecutive lightning nukes?

If the recast of the first nuke you use is fast enough, then yes. In that case, you could, for example, use book2/book1/book2.

EDIT: Fixed cooldown --> recast

What would the cooldown of the first nuke have to do with you casting the other ones?

Oh, and no you can't cast 3 consecutive lightning nukes, because there are only 2. You can cast 3 consecutive fire nukes though.

Actually, if the 1st nuke isn't cooled down by the time you are able to launch it again, then you can't launch them in a row.

But few skills have long enough cooldown to make this a problem.
