Best PVP character build.

Im thinking of making a Rouge/Cleric for Daggers, Xbow, and Healing cycle.
But also i hear a Bow/Fire/Lightning is a good pvp character...
what's a good pvp character build in your opinion...

Bow/Fire/Light build is fail. Why? Because you at least need level 20 ice for snow shield, or you'll get raped by everyone who does have 20 ice for snow shield, which is pretty much everyone.
Rogue/cleric is the better choice.

The Best pvp char i see is Warrior / Cleric .
