Confused and need help

Hi guys. I'm working on a 70:70 Chinese bower build right now
and I'm not sure if I'm going on the right direction here..

I'm currently level 69 with 8 gaps farming sp at nachals
with a +7 8D sun bow..

my masteries are Pacheon/Lightning/Ice

all on level 61 mastery..

Currently have 30k sp quite low lol..
But I just want your opinions if I'm doing well? or am I doing it wrong..

And another follow up question..
now I'm really confused with the 70:70 bow build..
coz what I read in threads is that 70% physical balance and 69% magical balance
coz you can't really get 70 70 on both..
now w/o the bonus str and int from my gears my physical and magical balances are 70:69
now what makes me confused is that when I put on all the bonuses
I get like 80:87
these are my total stat bonuses (From gears)
STR : 48
INT : 55

with a difference of 7 it makes a 7% difference on the magical balance?
I'm confused T_T help me..

well your thread is kind of surprising since you're having a doubt now and not when you were say 40-50?

To clear things up a little for the 70:70 hybrid bow you need 69-70% physical and 70% magical balance NAKED, i.e. when you are not wearing any clothes/weapons/accessories.

Yes it is very difficult to get 70:70 and since your force trees are ice and light it would be best to make it 69:70 phy:mag if you cant to 70:70.

as for whatever you balance becomes after you wear gear it means little. Perhaps search for the 70:70 bow guide by JadeKiss if you still have doubts.

Well apparently I got carried away and deleveled my lighting imbue and switched to fire..
so basically my plan would be around 110pach/110fire/72light/38ice
or maybe delevel light to 50 and raise ice to 60... we'll see..

whatever gives you 40% snow, you need at least that as a 70:70 hybrid.
