Hey! misleading topic name lolz i am currently farming a Pure Int warlock/cleric, Full both.. so i will change to cleric at times, and be cleric in pts other then use a few warlock moves like reflect or debuffs if there is already cleric.
My question is what armor to wear.. i will switch to cleric rod, so i thought maybe light armor.. but i had a warlock on different server before and it took a lot of mp, so i just switched to robe but i needed much better equip.
After i farm i will do pve and pvp.. but probably pvp more.
Any advice on what armor? please give why .. ty in advance

Most warlock/clerics decide to wear Light Armor so they won't die as easily when fighting STR characters (rogues and warriors hit pretty hard). A lot also roll some points into STR to give them a little more HP. Light Armor also gives you passives when you're playing the cleric role (passives + buffing yourself with defense buffs counts a lot towards survivability).

Ive seen several guides recommending Robe as Nukes hit hardest they each claim.

If you have the money get both LA and robes.
Otherwise use LA...only int build that could ever be a threat to you is an invisible wiz. Most others would be in stun/sleep or debuffed to do too much damage.
BTW wasn't there this sure kill combo for pure int? stun->over healing->glut healing(or w/e the skills were called) that was 99% sure to kill any int builds?

Well warlock @ pvp still has "bugs"
Trap + Sleep = free chance for offering. (Cuz the char will stay sleep status till trap comes up.)
For armor L.A. for sure. Against wiz just stun and use cleric for absolutes. 1 stun 3 abs = kill.

Trap > Sleep, *wait 2 seconds* > Over Healing > Glut Healing > Over Healing It kills int builds disregard their buffs.

Because the approx time needed for trap to explode is 4-5 seconds. Your goal is to hit it so he gets 2 apsolute damage hits (trap + cleric skill at the same time - so he cannot pot fast enough) which will kill him everytime.

Lol...
The Trap + Sleep bug can no longer be used. After 3+ years of it, it's finally been fixed!!
Spoiler!
I know there's no lock rod in my hand, was just gonna trap + sleep & punch (why my inventory's open), but that was taking too long as you can see in it's hp / Cooldown on sleep....but anyways, I put disease on...
Went on to using the bug
Switched to Daggers, did a normal attack...
As you can see, it no longer works (better if I could make a video, but eh ... no reason to lie)
I will miss using it on Party Giants, though ...
