New char time

Oh hai.

So, I currently have a wiz/cleric. But hate not being able to solo/quest like at all, without getting raped by Earth Ghost Warriors.

So, looking for a fun, alternative alt char build.

Currently, the builds that intrigue me are:

1. S/S Pure int/hybrid int chin: Now, in my mind, my ideal capped build would be a pure int s/s, fire/ice. With both ice and fire imbues, and the chains. But leveling that would be a pain in the ass thanks to sp needs. Also, since I'm already a wizard, which is kind of the euro version of a nuker, I was thinking abut maybe going hybrid s/s. And just use chains and shit to grind on and not get nukes, crazy?

2. Glavie: Love the idea of running around DW caves raping/tanking everything.

3. Blader: I'd only do this if I could pfarm him on my wiz. Bladers are the sexiest build, but such a pain to level.

4. Hybrid int/pure int bow: Yes? No? Maybe? I hate str bows, they bore me.

Oh and I may/may not be able to pfarm these chars. Trying to ninja a computer from my Dad's company, so we'll see.

Well on 4 Have you ever tried a Pure Hybrid build for a archer ? Few of my friends had em at 80 cap they owned but haven't seen any since then. Wouldn't know if they were good or not this cap but i loved the build

Would never be good Since it doesn't have the high damage of Fire nor the damage increase of light... you would hit like... a mangyang oO lmao

That. And to effectively dual wield you have to have like no lag. Which on sro + my sucky internets is rare.

Oh and hybrid str bow I presume? Never tried it. But like I said, I hate bow's skills. They bore me. I couldn't even level one past 25 on a 10x rates server.

That or lock/buff class. i prefer bard for speed.

Nope its neither Hybrid STR or Hybrid INT its Pure Hybrid wich should be like 70/70 on Balance i think ( Not sure anymore ) basicly you have as much INT as you have STR in the build used to be really strong

I've seen lvl 100 elite mangyangs owning a lot of ppl

hmm then hybrid int bow, probably best, fast to grind and a challenge to win in pvp.

If u can pfarm ur chars make a blader, it's hard to lvl but it's fun, really

i would say 110 Fire 110 Pach 60 Cold 50 Light ( Cold and light tweaking it on your gear etc )

How about 85% s/s hybrid with fire as main tree? Maybe 32 light and rest in ice. Used to be quite kick-ass. Good damage with weapon skills, nukes and good survivability. Were I to make a chinese again it'd probably be this or similar heuksal build.

I love this idea.

But then this:

Hybrids under-perform at cap. For similar equipment and skill configurations, pure builds do much better overall (generally considering all aspects of gameplay, which may differ to what you have in mind). They perform slightly better with sub-par to par equipments and skill. It is a simple choice of how specialized do you want your character to be, at the expense of doing badly in certain situations.

If uncertain, always pick the fun build regardless of popular opinion.

Makes me uncertain. Although, I doubt this char will ever get to cap, I'd be pleased if I got him to 64. He's just an alt char who I'd like to be semi-decent in pvp, and fun to grind with.

What about 1:9 hybrid spear nuker with 110heuk/ice/light??

I had a 1:5ish hybrid int spear nuker level 73ish, was amazing fun to grind with. I also had a level 96 pure int spear. Also fun to grind with. So while I do enjoy playing them, I'm looking to try something new.

I've decided that I want a s/s user. Now I'm just trying to decide on what build and if I want to go hybrid or not.

I feel like if I went pure int, and light/ice I'd use chains more, simply because I don't have enough decent nukes. Ice nuke = nty. *cept for aoe one <3*. Also, I love myself some speed.

Now, if I went like 1:5 or 1:7 I'd probably want bich/fire and some combo of ice/light. Like 70ice/40light, or something.

So yeah, thoughts?

Hmm oke 1:9 hybrid spear nuker is a good middle then. But since you do not want that.
I suggest you go 110bich/110ice/110light/ you will use the chains etc for bleed, and once you get bleed on you're nukes do ALOT more damage ( err bleed was for phy right? devision was it i think.)
