Very simple question: what's a good, efficient way of farming chinese nowadays?

Ong plevel, if you can afford it. I don't like that option though. Depends on your build, if you are going int-based i'd suggest trying Nachals at Cave with lv.64 Seal of Sun weapon from Forgotten World.

ong taxi, atleast get into the free taxi's till your like 20-24, then just level with 2-3 gap. Open a 9 gap when u see penons or DW caves, fast but hard unless you love to solo. Also try to hit ctf as often as you can, that xp in the beginning helps.
For any pure str build take only wep/fire trees, if you are int or int hybrid then take maxed ice/main and keep your wep tree 10-15 lvls below you till you have the basic all attk skills then just level ice/main.
NOTE: "main" in int part means whatever tree you decide to use for your imbue fire/light. Not much reason to up wep unless you're a little farmed on an int bcoz the dmg is mainly from imbue as it is, however things like kd/stab or that kb skill in spear is still pretty useful so its good to have it evenif its not immediate. Ideally you shouldn't have to raise wep mastery beyond 20 and just go with ice/light( or ice/fire) till you have farmed a little.

I'm confused. How are you planning to be a decent pvper/grinder with only 2 trees??? No wep for pure int? Gonna be tough...

Its like that
till you've farmed. You can take all the trees, weapons, masteries and noob pvp videos after you're done with the farm, before that you need a way to level up and get a decent amount of fun from the game untill you are ready or at a position to farm.
Unless ofc you want to do the bandit archer thing, then by all means go ahead, I personally never could stand it.

So farming at level 64, at pegs and with sun from FW is a good idea?
What's a good place, after that?

Nachal, also in cave lvl 60/70 mag mobs who give zombie. Great spawn if it easy to packed. After that job cave at 105+
