There's a lot of factors to take into account, specifically what are the sub masteries behind Pacheon or Rogue ...

besides that, can give you general things, like XMoshe, both have their strengths / weaknesses.

However, for the euro one, I'd say you'd need to give a sub, since a euro without a sub is kind of half complete, so to speak, in both aspects of the game (PvE / PvP)...

Rogue is the main mastery, right? Well:

Some take a Cleric sub for the survivability and the support for group situations, either PvE or PvP. Cleric subs can live the longest out of any of the other subs (if used right).

Some take Warlock for the increased damage and PvP aspect of the game, which is more solo-centric than the other subs (besides wizard, but not going into that one).

Some take the Bard sub for ease on SP costs in PvE to level faster (Xbow + Noise / Moving March), and perhaps if they choose to, group support for PvE / PvP.

Some take Warrior sub for the tankability (survivability) as well as the group support for PvE / PvP.

PvP Aspect: Rogues without both Xbow & Daggers do only half as good as one that has both, granted the players are at similar levels (gear, weap switch speed, knowledge, etc) ...
