Wizard/Bards are excellent for questing. However, when you have quests that require you to kill those special mobs(ie. angry sung sung) it's helpful to have a tank to help out.

Warlock / Bard or Cleric
Build that won't require "help" from a tank for those special / strong mobs, it just requires you to be quick and use your head ...lol

Farming > Questing imo with all the quest that ask you for specific stuff and takes ages to drop and travel!
Go for a grinding char/pvp char instead
