Depending on your build and what you are looking to do in this game, no grass walk could be fine.

I my self "Need" high level grass walk being a thief and a INT build.

I have the 1st book maxxed at this time, and I can see a massive change in the rate that I get around by foot.

If you are only in the lightning tree for the grass walk buff, consider that this is taking away from you XXX/300 level cap for your mastery points.

however, i've seen some thieves using lvl 4 grass flow walk

maybe they are trying to hide their lvl?

You can't select a level that you are using. If I have my grass walk at 12, which it is now, I am unable to select level 4, 6, 10. The buff its self would run at 12 once I use the grass walk buff.

The thiefs that you see running around with a level 4 grass walk would only have that buff to the same as yourself.

If you see me running around, you would see level 12... or Nothing

i find grasswalk really useful, at lvl 21 currently, my thief has it at 4 and i was able to catch up to hunters and slay them then there camel, really useful stuff.

helix, hunters dont have camels. lol

like the other guy said, its useful at a high lvl for int builds. but lots of my guild mates are str builds, so they dont max it because they dont need to run away as much.

but if you just wanna be fast, go for it.

im pure str and i plan to max it... dont want anyone running away from me lol

i think all builds need a high enough grass walk... you dont want to be lvl 70 and not be able to kill a lvl 20 because you cant catch up
