Bicheon Blade Force series vs Sword Dance series

Are both skills necessary? For a full str? For a full int?

If not, which one would be the better choice?

for a str based bicheon:
blade force for luring mobs or killing pesky wizards
(288% multiplier in total for the current last one at lvl 102 is great)
sword dance on the other hand, not really worth it unless you want to taxi at the ongs or hit a few opponents at once from time to time.

for int based bicheon:
blade force is useful like for full str, but with the int damage it can be used to kill.
sword dance is much more suited for an int based bicheon since they can grind with AoE.
(like luring mobs with blade force then finishing off with sword dance).
however, because of the significantly lower multiplier of 187%, it stays optional.
