im lvl 18 and i alredy have 4.5k sp... i stayed at lvl 18 pretty long enogh.. shud i decreased the lvl gap now coz im getting slowed with a 9 lvl gap... or shud i still grind more

It depends on how many skills ur planning on getting. Mayb if ur getting tired of farming, u could close the gap and lvl.
Farming can be done at any lvl. Most importantly, just enjoy the game.

by the weis my mastery is already at lvl 9 so if i delevel my gap will not ba 9 anymore...

Well my advice is farm as many as you can

Think about the character you're building, skills it'll be using... use the SP Calculator and calculate how much SP you'll need at a particular level... then decide how much you believe is enough
although "many" vets will say farm like there is no tomorrow LOL! due to the fact that they've experienced having a high lvl char with little sp to spare...

to give you a slight indication
when i was lvl 30 , i used up more than 10k sp to set mastery's at 30 , take all the nukes , filling passives , buffs , weapon skills , etc etc
not all builds are this much of an sp pit tho , but still ,

Farm at least 10k+, then you could use a 0 mastery gap and farm again at lvl 4x.
