Fire / Str /Glaive Question PLS HELP

i currently have a lvl 14 pure str fire glaive and light as sub..but i was wondering if it would be worth putting sp points into cold force for the defense buff , passive , and frost nova series ( just to get them frozen or frosbitten to slow em down while i use fire )

i will be sp farming alot at lvl 16 so sp points is not a problem but i just wanted to know if its worth it or just a waste of skill points....if anyone can help me that would be great

Your masterys are at 7 right? If you plan on farming, restart your character and leave your masteys at 7.

16 - 7 = 9 gap. Thus less XP and more SXP (skill point experience).

my Masterys are at 8 is that ok?

just DONT level them anymore, itll make it harder to SP farm. Im making a pure str ice blade, and im getting ice lvl 28 for the second book of the buff, thats my choice though. Its up to you
