does anyone know if mana drain/drought (wizard spell) go through holy 4?

can someone test and confirm this pls...cos i remember back in 90 cap and early 100 cap that it did, along with bleed, panic and hidden trap from warlocks but then those debuffs didnt work but i never tested with mana drain.

i only know stuns, chinese parry and att rating debuffs go thru holy now.
