Fire Nuke, 1st book... question =/

I was unable to find any posts on this question, and I was getting bored of looking .. so here is my question.
What level does the 1st book of the fire arrow (nuke) max at? I think I have it at 9 now, and there is no end in sight.

For now, lvl 18 all the way at lvl 64 fire mastery.

Thank you for the reply! I think that I will wait for "maxing" out this book then.. Maybe when I get to the point that I begin to delevel.

it might be smart to keep going to 18 although i didnt choose to since it is the fastest firing nuke. therefore in pvp, you may have time to fire two nukes off successfully, whereas if a nuker does a second book nuke , and charges another 2nd book nuke, the opponent has already reached you and started dealing dangerous damage to your low hp.

Thank you though! I was unaware that the fire nuke is the faster cast (besides the 2nd book.. i know that's a slow one.).
I figure that I will either focus on the 2nd or 1st book for the time being. Then when I am at 70, I will delevel and relevel, keeing the SP gravey train moving until my fire skill are all cought up, same with lightning, and swords at 40.
