If you get force, max it or it will be useless. If you can farm go for 110 on each, if you don't have the sp or are too lazy to farm it you can go 90/20 on fire/ice.

You mainly take force for the debuffs, lvl 90 debuffs won't work on lvl 100-110 players. Well they will hardly work. And ofcourse your res won't work up to 110 and your harmony ring.

20 cold for snow would be an option,
but then again, with a stun skill at 110 you will have enough time to repot

If 20 cold, then fire must be 90. The difference between 90 and 110 in fire isn't as big as in force. Force must be maxed.
But go Heuksal/Fire/Force 110, cos that's the best.

Yeah but what about the 20 cold?20% absorb wouldnt be bad?I mean in a fight Heuksal 110/Fire 110/Force 110 vs Heuksal 110/Fire 90/Force 110/Cold 20 who would win?Give me your appenion about the first and the second builds.

110/110/110 is for if you can get ong farmed (or want to ongfarm longe nough)
110/110/90/20 is for if you can't get ong farm or you cba to farm long enough to get the sp needed for 110 fire.
If both builds fight eachother and they have similar gear/weps/acc and they know how to use their builds it will probably be a potfest, or one of the two needs to get some lucky crits.

It will be useless specially against Cleric buffs which has 10Level RESISTS against negative buffs. You need to max Force if you will get it so that you can have the 11Level of your debuffs. Otherwise, you will only have 9or10 Level of those.
And why you need 11Level? Because that value enables your debuffs to get through when casted against those 10Level from Clerics, else, nothing will happen.
