Im planning on making a pure int ice/lightning sword character, why ice? Well ice has frost nova and the buffs give me extra defense because i want to wear garment all through silk, lightning can give me speed and extra damage and frost nova can get me out of tough situations.

Have fun with the char, itll be good on PVE however you may have a few issues on PVP with the ice resistance when your higher lvl

Actually, I don't think that the cold buffs will be enough to keep you alive against physical mobs if you're wearing garments. If it does though, congrats on a new build.
