Choosing Fire vs Light Poll

So I gave my char to my friend, he's asking me for advice now since I've played with it for awhile. And he liked my older nuker. He's asking if he should keep it or change the fire to light. Here's the mastery:
Pure int, Fire Ice Bich nuker. ff to 102. He wants to make it a 102 Light Ice Bich with 20 fire for immune than farm sp for 110+.
My opinions are 50:50. Honestly the only real advantage to fire ice I saw was the immune. Can't be frozen = awesome. Light has that mag attk buff, that's about it.
I told him to farm this cap since light will suck as it's nuke only goes up to 106, fire goes to 110.
According to konpaku though, light will prob outdmg fire with 22% dmg inc, and higher nuke, 300% vs 263% for last fire nuke as well as disintegrate still being less.
Since I'm kinda 50:50 here, he told me to ask around. I've had both bich light ice nuker and bich fire ice so I like them both.
Which you guys think would be better, dmg output and survival rate. He's also debating dropping fire completely and just hope to god no one uses ice, or keeping 10-20 fire and dropping ice 10-20 lvls.
