If it had a very fast cast rate a glaiver could time it so while a nuker is charging up, they cast it so they hae a 1/3 chance to block.

Of course I don't know the chargeup/cool down rates, so I can't say if it'd be worth it, but it sure does look interesting.

i use the first book when i go afk and i am bored, lol

Well, personally I'd prefer teleporting next to nuker, and using a soulspear - damage+high chance of stun > low chance of block.

It's something interesting to test though. I doubt anyone will bother using 5k sp for it XD

It is NOT useful because you could just stun or knock them back with the SAME % chance of blocking. Both of those cancel the attack.
