I know that it is not a set number but rather a percentage reduce.
Is the percent the number that is shown on the skill or is it something else?
This sounds like such a noob question

The amount it is reduced by is the bit that says

"Status error effect 18 reduce"

But i thought this was a set amount rather than a percentage
Anyone?

the number is not percentage read ur imbue it shuld give a number of the set time and divide that by the % of reduce ice/thunder/fire jewels and then it shuld b another number and if ur fire shields is bigger or equal to, that number ur immune

It is a % not a set number, that is why it is pathetically easy to become immune to effects. I wish it were a set number, cause then you would need around 50% reduction to become immune.

it is definietly a percentage
i tried it out when i had Fire shield-Flower lv2. thats status effect -41
if it was a fixed number it would have made me immune to the lv5 ice imbue (effect 30), but it didnt

if it was a fixed number Bake wouldnt be immune to my ice imbue. effect 138. but he is
