Bower Build, What Should I Take?

Looks like I'm pretty lost here, so I'm asking you guys who are experienced in this game, and have a Bower. What should I make?
My MMO profile is PVE but I enjoy a PVP fight sometimes and I don't like stay behind 
. I like to "rush" in PVE a lot, I think here in Silk is "grind" you guys call it. I really want a Bower, I was making a
"85% STR" to be a "110 Light/Pach/Ice" but I'm not sure I think I'm gonna start another, I have 3 in mind, is that one
"85% 110 Light/Pach/Ice",
"100% SRT?? 110 Force/Fire/Pach",
"100%?? 70%?? 110Fire/110Pach/90Light/20Cold" This last one looks like a popular build I've read, it's a full STR? Hybrid, what? Is that really good in PVP/PVE?

IMO you should make a 110pach/fire/cold 70% str. They are good in PvE and ar´nt useless in PvP.

yeh a1l good builds...but karimgh, keep in mind that he/she isnt very experienced in this game...so i wouldnt reccomend force as 1 of ur masteries...and its only good at cap, and its rlly hard to lvl
so i think 110patch/fire/cold or 110patch/fire/ 80 light 30 cold (both full str)

Well, In PVP, its the best around in the chinese build at 90+ ....
In PVE, mobs doesnt have pills, so you can cast all debuffs on a giant and with crit, 5 hits mob down !! (Its pretty good at pve at any lvl)
+ Its gr8 in taxi,plvl,Fortess,Guild wars and jobs.

yes it is....but handgrinding to 90+ is not probable (it is possible) but its hard....

I have a 85% Str bower Skilled for 110 Pach/Fire/Ice and so far it levels quite nicely, better than pure str IMO. And has actually surprised me so far in pvp, and kills better than i expected, but ofc survivability is a little lower than pure str. I do think 110 Ice is a great asset for a bower tho, even if you are pure str.

yeh if i ever make a bower it will be patch/fire/ice all 110 (or next cap xD)....idk if full str or go 85% or something to be able to use highe snow shield....still thinking xD

110pach 110fire 90light 20 ice or 110pach 110fire 110force.

Well I just made an archer, farming sp at the moment but it was easy for me to decide which build to choose. Force can be strong enough, cold can save your butt, but I love trading and playing as a hunter. And I think lightning gives the most advantage to those stuff, speed and dash. Of course I will have 20 cold aswell for 20% snow shield. So my build's going to be 110 pacheon 110 fire 90 lightning 20 cold and of course pure str. I'm not a rich person, never was so I cannot afford buying speed pots and lightning makes my leveling faster plus it's always good to have some extra buffs. On the other hand I don't really like force. Cold is my favourite force because of the active phy. defense increase buff's amination, but at this time I won't get it.

I think you should look beyond all the builds you have listed off here. The main purpose of this game (and many alike) is to get to the cap level and aquire the best possible weapon and gear. Knowning that... just imagine how each of those builds you have listed would perform if they had a really good set/gear...which one of them despite having such a good gear would still get killed in a duel with another class character (That might also have a good set) and which one would be almost invicible. I think this is how you should make your decision.
