I want to know if on 110 cap full int Fire/Cold/Heuksal is better for pvp than full int Light/Cold/Heuksal.

Yes, it's better. Because the lightning nuke is weak at 110, fire imbue and nukes are stronger, and you also get more mag def + phy attack.

Thanks,but doesnt 18% mag attack from the lightning make the 2nd build with more powerful nukes or not?
