As a matter of FACT, It fail.....
Bicheon Cold Force will 50% succeed. BUT there are no nukes!!
u need nukes. That is y there are pure int

It won't fail so much. Since u have weapon skills, having only 2 different nukes(one with a big cooldown) isn't that bad. And u have force which will make up for the low damage.
But i wouldn't go for these builds because i prefer chinese strs.
I have a friend who's force fire ice.

My bad, he was Light/Fire max, Force 90, Cold 20.
That aint good.
