which mastery is better pure int spear?

alright. i am going to change from hybrid to pure int since my guy is only level 16. and i was wondering wat is better. ice/lightor fire/ice
i herd ice/light was better than ice/fire and light have that speed and mag dmg increase
but then ice/fire have the wall that might b helpful and fire does more dmg.. so im kinda stuck here
