hi all
for the upcoming D11 i'd like to start a new euro char...
i used to always play with chinese ones
i'd like to know who is the funniest kind of char in str ( pve, pvp and all those things)
i know its an eternal question and im not the first who ask for it..but never play with euro since the beginning of isro


ps : absolutely want str char ..already have full in chinese so wanna try str euro char to try it

I find rogues boring to grind with. I had a level 50 FF rogue on Odin and grinding was just so boring. Granted, all I used was the xbox since it's faster then the daggers. But yeah.

I'd go with the warrior/cleric. Quit a bit of versatility with 1h,2h, or dual axes. It's also a beast at pvp.

I find rogue awesome at grinding cos i always liked something with power and i dont really care about graphics animation (warrior has boring animation tbh, besides those -10% skills that has some shout animation, other than that, boring!), though axes are pretty cool

it really depends on what you want.

Tank or Damage dealer. Both of 'em are awesome at PVP and fairly easy to control, though warrior requires more skills and key jamming. Rogues are really good for beginners IMO since they can level fairly quickly as a solo player.

Warrior takes forever and ever to level, and a rogue would do it a little faster due to range.

Warriors are beasts at pvp tbh probably the best at this cap.
I voted Warrior/Cleric.

provided he's a legit. warrior will make him quit by lvl 40 without a party.

Legit:
Rogue/Bard the best for pve solo grind ->cleric is stronger and better in pvp but grinding in slow-mo before u get enough gold to have a constant fix of speedpots is crazy.

Warrior/Cleric->2H or 1H ,doesnt matter which u choose.2H for an offensive build or 1H for a defensive build,dont let people fool u,their lvlingspeed is almost the same with sprint assault.1H great for partys 2.

2H skills slow+powerful
1H skills,fast+less powerful.

It evens out during solo pve.
Provided,u have to go have good weapons(+5 or better)its all good.
Comparaision done at cap at 99 mobs.

If ya can pfarm take both 1H and 2H,if not u will regret it at 100,a thousandfold becuz no matter how u look at it with a subclass u will have to make a gap eventually with 2 weapons.Hell,even with 1 weapon u have to gap eventually(cleric/warlock sub)and that will severely slow ur lvling speed.

I think Warrior is kinda the best for PVP euro. THIS IS MY OPINION.
Warriors rock at tanking. I kill GIANTS higher than me by 5 !! I know that rogue can have the best crit. BUT they cant tank. They kill but if you dont kill fast you are dead with the rogue. Warriors kill with very powerful atks. BUT for the sub class: I dont know. Bard/Cleric/Warlock...

Well ok lets see now... Ive tryed Rogue and warrior.. 1st of all Sure warriors are Good at pvp and can tank alot of stuff but if uve got a good set on ur rogue ur invinsible i mean ive got a regular set on my rogue +4/+5 i can tank up to 2 giants and few champs all at the same time
warriors, sure there good at Grinding and pvp but ull get bored of em rogues... always fun and challenging. in my opinion i would choose rogue over warrior anyday

i think rogue is funniest....ill try so thx for participating ...the debate still goes on because i have to powerfarm my noob char so...can change my opinion during the farm

if you got alot of resources and you're good with weapon switching then warrior/rogue is the perfect build.

I would make a warrior / cleric over a rouge any day.. they are more fun do really good damage and can tank a lot with bless and skin combination. Also warriors with cleric sub can find 8 man parties with rather ease and almost every turkish unique party wants a warrior at least in my server

Eh, I've played both 'n found both to be quite fun... though I do like rogues more than warriors.

I tanked giants higher lvl than my rogue / cleric just fine ... you just gotta be fast at switching to heal when you need it, and know when to turn off DD / CE ...

hell, at lv50, on my rogue / warlock, I could tank 2 yeti giants just fine in 1/2 npc robe pieces, though I did need to use a couple vigor grains for those nasty crits >.<

rogues can tank alright, you just need to know what the hell you're doing alongside your limitations...

But by all means ... if you wanna be able to take hit after hit, go for warrior, if you wanna trade in defense for damage, go rogue ...

or you could do like they said up above, combine 'em together ...warrior / rogue

I Preffer Rogue/Cleric cuz its good at Grinding cuz with Xtreme u 1hit mobs Good for Plvling when ur broke and pretty Crazy for PVP if uve got good gear / warriors i think are too overrated everyone has warriors and from what ive seen they r not beasts at pvp gets boring after a while... but then again its my opinion

Each and every build is overrated, and any [reasonable] build can be beastly in PvP; you just need to know what it's capable of doing in certain situations.

Warrior/clerics are popular because they are pretty beastly in pvp when used correctly *just as with any other build*; Luckily, nowadays most warrior/clerics don't know how to use their chars for s***, and think the rehash of the ole sudden twist immediately into a Dare devil will work on everyone all the time. Most don't even know a few skills are increased in Dmg with certain statuses (not talking about debuffs like impotent or bleed).
