is 52lvl wiz good for farm at ongs? (with sos+3 staff)

A lvl 52 wizard will do perfectly fine at ongs. With an sos staff, you should hit about 14 - 17k with LC. You will also get loads of 4d - 5d items, if you stay there long enough.
