would fire be stronger because of imbue and phy dmg buffs
or would light be stronger because parry
what would be better?

Any str build will need fire. You can debate about 80 Fire/20 Ice for str force but it will need fire for the phy damage buff and passive. You know there are like 5 active topics about pure str bowers, why didn't you read those and you would've seen that never a light/ice build was mentioned for pure str.
