Hi there, I think that the best build is either:
100Bich/100fire/80light/20cold--->This one is one of the most popular out there cuz of PHANTOM walk and other speed buffs + concentration
OR
100Bich/100fire/100 cold.... ----> Cuz of the Def ( a total of 320 or sth is added at lvl 100

And i dont think that Full STR and pure STR is different BUT maybe pure means really ALL STATS goes to STR

Pure/Full is the same. A great build IMO would be 100 Bich/Fire/Ice. Best of both defenses, both walls maxed. Dual imbue if you have the sp. Great build.

100Bich 100fire 100cold=almost imposible to be killed XD

IMO If you want to go for more of a 1 vs 1 pvp build go for a 100 bicheon/force, 80 fire, 20 cold (you dont need the max fire if your full str, you only lose just a bit mag def, and mag attack which isnt very important, but u get 20 cold = snowshield, it can save your a$$ sometimes)
pvping vs euros is a little harder, cuz most of them has holyword/spell or w/e, but you still can handle them if you pull off some nice crits.
Imo light is just a mastery waste, sure, phantom is fun and useful sometimes, but not that useful as 100 ice or 100 force could be.
