Whats best pure int s/s build 80cap 90cap and 100cap

A. Bicheon light cold [little hp but max snowshield 60% oops]
B. Bicheon Heuksal light cold [give hp 2079 and snowshield 40% now a day can i play?]

Can PVP with Euro and PVE

plz no fire cuz i love light cold

80: 80 Bich/Cold/Light 60 Heuk for hp I guess
90: 90 Bich/Cold/Light 30 Fire for immunity
100: 100 Bich/Cold/Light or 100 Bich/Light 89 Cold 11 Fire for immunity
