i want to make a char using those 2 masteries, wat in your opinion would be a good 3rd mastery, also would it be better to go pure int/str or hybrid?

Depends u could go Hybrid int Bow so 100 Ice/Force/Pacheon.

light/ice or fire ice would be better for an int bower,
light would give more mag. attack speed and a better imbue which would be better for pve and help to fight in group pvp.

i'd rather go with hyb spear,
more hp so you could tank while debuffing and then kill with hard hitting attacks.

could try 100 light / 100 force / 100 cold Nuker or
100 Fire / 100 Force / 100 Cold
other then that i don't really see a build that work with those
i've fought hybrid bows with cold and force they just lose to much attack power ( lightning attack and fire attack increase ) and it just can't be compensated with force debuffs

hmm well if i go with hybrid bow or spear, how hybrid should i go?
