Should I stay Prot or Go Garm?

Recently, I've been contemplating whether or not I should switch to garms. I'm a 98 8:1 Spear Nuker, my build is 100 Fire / Heuskal 80 Ice 20 Light. What do you think is best for my character?

i think ever since 7d (whatever the green and yellowish on is) they started to look like fancy pajamas

Get 100 Ice and either stay prot or switch to garm for mana reduction and speed.

imo, garm fits better ^_^
