Ok i have a new char on Xian:
Pure int.
So im just wondering...should i pick a spear or a sword? :/
Let me know what you think is better

go both, spear for lvling, then switch to sword+shield for pvp

Im gonna have to be SP farming forever in order to use 2 weapons :/
And i dont like farming for too long lol

no you dont..you just have to sp-farm for the nukes^^ cuz it has no point upgrading spear/sword skills cuz at later lvl's you'll only nuke...

Actually i dont wanna be a FULL nuker with no sword skills lol
Mostly nukes but also sword skills..I dont wanna be owned in PVP
or will my nukes be too strong to get me owned in PVP?

Ditto, though I use Spear for guild war, and going to get a Sword/Shield for 1v1 PvP.

I'm currently 47, with 45 Fire, 45 Light, 40 Heuksal. I haven't had reason enough to use sword+shield yet for PVP (all guild war, so far). You don't need any sword skill (Bicheon) at all, just hold it for block ratio of shield, and mag attk power of sword. You might add to it later, for extra block % from passive, but not necessary. If you're going to be a nuker, you'll hardly ever use your weapon anyhow, it's main purpose is to give you a good magic attack power weapon, and in my case more HP from Passive. I've only spent SP on 4 things in Heuksal, Soul Spear, Ghost Spear, Chain Spear, and the Passive. All of them are lvl1 except the passive, which is lvl4. I'll probably delevel Chain Spear, since I NEVER use it anyhow. Ghost Spear is handy when mobbed, and Stun from soul spear can be handy, though I rarely use either.

IMO yes..well...the best nuker is pure int..with lightning/fire. Fire for the nuke + imbue and lightning for the buff, grasswalk and nuke..add only in those skills..I'm going for a pure lightning nuker now and add fire later..cuz otherwise it'll cost me way to much sp and now can my mastery's keep up with my lvl (or 1 beneath it)

you can add some spear skills toO help you along the way toO be a nuker...a few SP wont hurt that much will it...?

i dont get, nuker still uses weapons right ?

and pure STR's i dont get it, since u use imbue, thats magic dmg, then why not jst add int ?

Most likely will try out the pure nuker thing
lets see if its gonna be that good
if now...then i guesse spear will work
