ok which is best for healing status problems

innocent or integrity
which uses up more mp
at lvl 66 do they oth heal up the same amount? best for pvp(uses least amount of mp and gets the status away)?
i cant decide which to go with

I just got them both, although Integrity 'heals' 8 party members, and is slightly better. It costs more then twice the mp needed for Innocent though... (at least at lv 73)
