Who would need a 100 cap full force guide?

Well, I want to know if it would be worth writing a new guide.
There is one already:

im making a new char with this build....currenlty im lv 60 and it is very fast in pve and pretty cool in pvp ..please i'd like to have a new guide to go on well with this special type of nuker
please make the guide please guy
