Dagger Skills

I'm 99 Rogue/Cleric FF, (recently reskilled so I'm kinda noob with the build), and I deleveled almost all XBow skills, just kept the KD maxed to high level for PvP - I never use XBow, only in PvE and maybe FW. Anyway, I maxed all Dagger skills but when I use them all, for example when grinding, some skills are all on cool down so I'm left with no skills to use, so I'm hitting normal hits (without skills) for a second of two. Is that normal?

it is and it isnt...

dagger skills are a bit tricky if you havent grinded with them and just use for pvp...
the cooldowns are timed out so if you use skills with high CD followed by a few short CD then you can loop the skills and not use normal ones, but if you try to use all your powerful hits all at once you'll be left waiting for CD

not sure if it was designed like this but i like how it turned out. you are forced to link big hits with fastest hits (not going to call them weaker because they aren't really just doesn't have status one it)

yea basically your not finding the right order of skills
even at low lvls i didnt have that problem with rogues.

I have a lvl 74 daggerer but i didnt have any problem with the cooldown. I did something like: prick and one of the 2 combo and after that one of the 3 combo and the other 2 combo (cuz prick has like 14 sec cooldown) and then the other 3 combo and that skill which gives stun and u get it at lv 20 i think and start again with prick etc etc
