so i'm pure int

and i put all character points into int

but, i seem to only able to get my magical balance to 91%

is that the about the same percentage or what?

someone i know has 95%..... the max is 100% (lvl 70) and can be even higher than 100% with INT+ items....

I'm lvl 33 now, pure int, and have 101% magical balance..if I use my sword/shield (both 3 int on it) I get around 103/104% magical balance..how higher it is how more dmg you do..simple as that^^
