I'm kinda thinking of making a Int hybrid bower , something like 85% mag bal. Or 70:70.. What are the pro and cons of both , and wich excells in pvp..And if 85% snow dependant??
And i would like to know wich build would be better:
100Pach/Light/Ice
Or
100Pach/Fire/Ice
And last but not least , wich gear should i wear??
Ty in advance , Grtz sly

Honestly i cant see the point in going anything but Pure Str or Hybrid Str (2:1,5:1.. etc.) Because with the higher Str, the higher your criticals will be, and thats crucuial to a Bower or anyone with Str. Sure your imbue will be stronger, but you lose the health and massive crits. I say go pure str.
However if you insist, id give lightning the imbue, its go the highest magic rating and will give you magic buffs.
I am completely open to the build though, seeing as i have no experience with it, im just passing judgement. Let me know how it goes.
OH! hybrid use protector, Str use Garment.

there are pure int bows that do quite well
the crits are not noticeably different and they have a better flow of damage
idk about a hybrid but i think the stats arent that special without the proper build behind it.

85:60 bow is more pvp orientated. higher str for more damage crits and more tankability
70:70 is best for PVE, one of the highest possible damage output (without crits)

if you notice the pure int is a lower lvl and 8 gapped
while the str is 90 and FF
doesnt seem to be that much of a difference if any.

touche...However, you have to remember how biased youtube videos are. Everyone wants to make their build look the best. That being said the int bower does look capable, I just cant see the viability of a pure int bow, whats the point if you dont use the nukes?

i happen to have an int bower, hybrid however.. pure int was too fragile for me
as a hybrid you can dominate in both pvp /group pvp and grinding
the nues are somewhat subpar unless you have an ice/fire int bower because:
ice nukes deal less damage than strong/devil bow.
light nukes deal deal a bit more than strong bow but crit evens it out and they lack range..
whereas fire nukes have both range and some damage to stick to their name.
if i were to choose between str and int hybrid...
i would go for fire/ice 5:1 str for pvp
or for light/ice 1:5 int for a lvling/pwr lvling/group pvp char

yea thats always the case, but the point was to show that a pure int bow can work. the nukes are a longer cast, shorter range, cant crit and cost way more mp. the point of pure int bow is to let out a steady flow of damage but can also crit.

That was my meaning of the int hybrid bow.To have some steady dmg..
How about a 70:70 Hybrid with 100Pach/Fire/Ice & Prot as gear??

Oh allright, i still think the pure str bow would be more effective, but i do see your point now.

i do agree bow can be more effective, but bows are pretty effective no matter what build. and i like int bower cuz its more unique.

I have a level 50+ 70:70 hybrid bow (pach, ice, light). And I can safely say, for PVP, Ice light is alot better than fire light. Fire light is better for PVE, but ice is better for PVP.
I can take out a fellow hybrid bow in my guild who's 4 levels higher than me, and he's fire light. and you can tank other players alot better than a bow without ice can.
