Magical Balance % for Int hybrid spear?

Whats the best magical % for a int hybrid spear NAKED

Im turning to 88(13 levels pure str) - 90%(10 levels pure Str) This is at level 100


Im asking for advice for the best type of hybrid at level 100 PVP as 100 cold / 100 light / 100 heaksal.

If you are mainly a nuker, build whatever you want but you final stats (with blues) must have at least 90% mag balance, otherwise, nuke dmg will be pretty weak.
If you use weapon skill, must have at least 80% mag balance at your final build
(naked = final - 18%)
