What Build Requires The Least Amount Of SP?

idk about 100 cap

Rogue / Bard (not getting dagger / 8/8 pt skills from bard) you'd only need like 670k SP

which is ....xbow passives, all the attacks ('cept fast shot's lv1, thus no rapid shot) and the only thing from bard is noise and moving / swing march

w/ the basic of group buffs ...you'll only need around 893k
