Is it really worth getting if you have alot of universal pills?

ppl get it at higher to lvl for the 100% ice immunity...its not really recommended using this or getting it high at low-mid lvl ( 1-40) since u most likely wont be able to get 100% immnnity yet

if ur a shield user..of course max it but only when u have enuff SP or when ur higher lvl

I'd get it because a lot of the time, FS is the difference between having to buy a lot of medium/large pills and a lot of smalls.
