Chinese and Euro build

Ok, so im currently lvling a wizz, and once im at level 70 im hoping to start powerfarming a new char for some nice PvP/Unique hunting. Now im wondering what builds i should make...
Euro -
Warlock/Cleric
Warrior/Cleric
Rouge/Cleric
Chinese -
Pure STR Blader
Pure STR Bower
Hybrid Spear
Now im kindy stuck between all these builds, and im not planning on farming 6 chars...
So can anyone help me choose ?

if you get a nice wep u can farm at ongs at 52, or after 60 too if your ff(meteor makes things alot easier imo)
as for pvp/unique hunting, i would say rogue/cleric or lock/cleric, bower and maybe spear too(not sure tho)

Ive been thinking a bit and i was wondering if a
1:5 INT Hybrid spear build 100 heuskal/100 fire/ 100 Ice.
Would be any good in PvE/PvP/Unique hunting.

pvp yes, pve...well if u want to 1 hit with ur nukes or something then no but otherwise every build is decent for pve(plz no comments like pure str wiz for this)
again cant comment for unique hunting(wasnt ever too into it...got ks'd alot ):

well how far hybrid can i go with INT to 1 hit mobs with nukes but at the same time be good in PvP/Jobbing/unique hunting ?

for unique a bower or rogue would have the highest chance of getting the kill, and both would be good at pvp
those are my two choices
you should of made this a poll also.
