i want to make an Hybrid int spear

1:7 would be fine?
(means for each 7 points of int, add 1 str ?)

if not, any other suggestions?

and should i go
90 heuksal/90ice/90Light/30Fire
or
90heuksal/90light/60ice/60fire

1:7 will be fine, you can tank a bit and do very nice dmg.

Yeah 1:7 ints have enough hp to do well in pvp and deals great damage.
If you choose ice 100 you'll need good gear with good int/mp on it so I'm not sure about what masteries to take.
Are you planning on stopping at lvl 90?
