Help With My Build Please!!!

Okay, so I have been SP farming now since lvl 5-15. I currently have 1103 SP and am like 10% into lvl 15. I'm not even to sure if I need this much SP in the long run, so I'm going to ask you guys. 
My Build:
Lvl 15 1103 SP
Pure Str/Cold/Blade
I plan on using the Chain Series, Hidden Blade Series, Killing Heaven Blade Series, and the Shield Passive for Bicheon.
I plan on getting the Ice River Force and the Shield Passive one for the Cold embue.
I'm increasing masteries of both slowly because I'm farming a 9 lvl difference. I'm also not sure if I should get many skills except those two or to even increse those skills because I'm pure str (Low MP). So my question again is, do I have enough SP for this type of build, and is my build efficient? Thank you.
