Light armour Wizard/Cleric
Is it really worth to make a light armour wizard/cleric?
It has the cleric passives, recovery division, healing cycle. Then if you use earth barrier, you should be able to tank some hits?
Anyone has experience with this build (1v1)?

Re: Light armour Wizard/Cleric
idk about wizz but i once tried to fight a lock in LA with a rogue(pre 40 both with mostly npc gear)
i couldnt get a kill with long shot and she pretty much tore me up...if she blockd...it hurt a lot more...needless to say i got ownd bad
the thing about wizz mostly is that if they r not 1 hit they will 1-2 hit everything else(not counting bless)
its gonna be painful tho without speed...

Remember that light armor doesn't affect a wizard's damage in any way, and also: you got speed pots (100%/250k)

You think that 10% difference in speed is really noticeable?

Re: Light armour Wizard/Cleric
Those cleric passives also increase magical defence power so I think it's pretty good to have.. the only thing you lose is 10% less MP drain/10% speed.

No, gear has nothing to do with damage.

no, reinforce affects the item's main stat : in the case of armor, it affects the defense.
in the case of weapons, reinforce affects damage.
reinforce means just that : your stat (STR or INT) reinforcing the item's power : be it defense or attack.
basically the formula is
( (STR or INT) X reinforce ratio ) + base stat (attack or defense) = final stat (attack or defense)
the more str or int you have, the more the reinforce stat will increase the main item's stat.
in effect, the phy. reinforce stat is more important in a warrior's weapon than the phy attack weapon's stat is... I'd rather have +100% phy reinforce on a euro sword than having +100% phy attack because the reinforce stat will give more final phy attack to my char... because my char is pure STR.
but many people dont know that so it doesnt affect items prices accordingly.

lolwut?
Your gear means defense( maybe offense too since you can put blue stats on there ), your weapons are your offense -_-. I think it's pretty common sense to know the difference, the only advantage robe has against LA is it's bonus ( Robe = 20% MP reduction, 20% speed/L.A = 10% blah blah 10% blah blah ).
