That depends on your weapon. Personally i think it will be quite hard if your only lvl 76. Never tried it though - only from what i see when other bards do power lvl.

I remember another discussion about wiz at 64 or 72 and somehow bard got in there too...I think yes, at lvl 76 and decent harp it should be able to.

In this case, decent means Moon+7 at least. If i'm right, with moon+7 or better you can. May be moon +5 or sos+9 or whut, i don't exactly know. Also get ur gears FB and you will be able to.

I think I even might get it to 81, so I have full set of 9th degree robes and could use 80+5 harp, that should do the trick?

No, the first level of a bard being able to 1 shot an ong with normal nuke is 85 with good gear and a nice harp. I've got a bard myself.

EDIT: I'm not sure if you're asking for normal attack or the 168% nuke.
Normal attack = lvl 90 with great gear
nuke = 85 with good gear

Ahhh, I guess I have incorrect info.

NEWS FLASH:No, bard can't 1 hit a pt ong till level 90.

I had a bard level 90 my self, it was gap 9 but still couldn't hit with 85+5 harp, u have to be 90 or 85 with ubercool harp

I can 1 hit them at lvl 85 with a +5 harp (mag 80%, mag reinforce 58%) missing 9 int points on my gear. No suit or any other item mall stuff. I'm FF lvl 85, and you need to add the passives too.

Level 81, 76+5 sos harp and I hit 18k ~ 20k on them. You must use nukes, especially the AOE. Killing them one by one is just waste of time. And you have mana cycle.

we had a bard lv 90 ff with sos +5 harp and it can 1 hit.
but 85-89 you might need prem+ and good harp to 1 hit it.

cool fact: oh yeah 100 ff rogue with 98+7 or better xbow can 2 hit pt ongs with fast/rapid shots u can take on 3 hills at once as long as u avoid the pt giants heh.

Bring along a high level cleric to buff you and you should be able to do it easily.

Because that means you need a min. lvl 20 bard in the party with a 0 gap, which would level fast and mess up the party average resulting in bad exp/sp for the people farming.
