This build:
Pure STR
100 Heuksal
100 Fire
88 Cold
12 Light

Light only for speed.
Would it be any good at pvp?

Not really worthwhile imo. With that 12 cold, you would lose literally about half the defense it gives at 100. You might as well delevel light and max cold when you reach cap.

Hmm so you mean I should go 88 cold and 12 light all the way up to 100 so I can level up w/o buying speed drugs all the time. When I reach cap I should max cold out, and buy speed drugs when I'll need em?

Would 100 heuksal / 100 fire / 100 cold be a strong build?

^100Fire/Cold would have the most defence, so it would be the best for PvP. And yeah, buy speed drugs when you need them (FW, jobbing, etc).
