My pure Int build

I am planing to start a new Nuker on Xian and i want to make sure that my build is okay before i start a character.
Ok this is what i am planing...
90fire/90lightning/60Bicheon/60pacheon(not sure if i spelled it right)
I am planing on using Sword+Shield all the way simply because i HATE dying and KD+Stab will help me alot on PVPs. Also, i chose 60 bow because sword have lower damage compared to a Spear. Therefore, I thought that by hitting mobs with highier end of damage will give me damages that are close to a Spear.
But this is just what i think. Any Comments/Sugestions are welcomed!
