100 Pacheon 100 Fire 100 Light?

Is this build that bad? My friend told me this is a good build while wearing protector.

100 light is a waste for pure str 80 light should be max if your going to get light and 20 ice perhaps

80 Light is like the same as 100 Light. Might as well get 20 Ice for snow shield...
